How is your back to school shopping going? I’ve been doing some, but I still need to buy school supplies! Now I know I can’t buy many school supplies at secondhand stores, but I have purchased almost everything else secondhand. I want to show you my receipts so that you can see what I found by visiting two Tacoma Goodwill stores to go back to school shopping. In this receipt you will see that I spent less than $80 and came out with:
1 Handy Manny talking doll (Came with batteries & my 2 year old LOVES him!
1 great condition black leather office chair
2 tops for myself
6 shirts for the boys
2 brand-new packs of white tees
3 brand-new underwear packs
2 brand-new kid’s shampoo bottles
2 impulse Gatorade’s at the register for my thirsty boys. 🙂
All for less than $80! I really want to encourage you to at least visit a Goodwill or another secondhand store and try your luck. You never know what treasure you may find.
Scroll down to take a look at my 2nd Goodwill receipt and see all the items that I bought for $175. If you want to check out last chance Goodwill sales you have… ONE. LAST. CHANCE. on Sep 1-2.

FYI: The Goodwill gave me a giftcard to shop at their stores, but of course I wouldn’t buy anything if I didn’t absolutely love it. All opinions are my own, please support the Goodwill.
