My List of Fast Tasty Healthy Snacks & Meals

I am always in need of quick, tasty and healthy meals. I’m not going to write a lot here, I’m just going to give you my list of go-to eats that are quick, healthy and satisfying. Enjoy! 20120807-223205.jpg

1. Apple slices with peanut butter, coconut flakes and chocolate chips. (pictured above)
2. Fresh fruit–>The ultimate fast food! Don’t forget how yummy sliced bananas, peaches and mangos are. Mix together and refrigerate. Lasts for 2-4 days.
3. Crackers with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. (pictured below)
4. Graham crackers with nut butter and marshmallows. Satisfies a late night sweet craving.
