Make Time For Yourself + A Little Dancing #mommymonday

I just got home from a “Zumba” class that was ballet meets mask of Zorro meets Disney princess meets booty shake meets freestyle. It was hilarious. I’m the first person to tell you that I’m not very coordinated nor am I a great dancer. But it’s fun AND I got my sweat on. 🙂 Plus I got to wear these bodacious chimes around my waist the whole time.

I decided a few weeks ago after a doctor visit (everything is fine!) that my “me” time is going to be my workouts and my blogging. These two things are my outlet. Mentally and physically. It is so important to ask for time alone and to do things that YOU enjoy so you don’t lose yourself when you get married or when you have kids. What do you enjoy? Make a plan, talk to your husband, get a sitter, just DO something. Alone. It’s healthy and you will be a happier woman because of it.
