It’s the last week of summer for us here in Tacoma…and believe me it’s a really good thing! My family is ready for the routine, the education and after-school activities. Most of the parents that I’ve talked to are SOOO ready for school to start. It’s been a heck of a summer.
For me personally, it’s been a wild summer. I started a new day job. I had emergency surgery in July and was in the hospital for a few days. We have taken several weekend trips and even some day trips. Our boys played baseball on the field and in the backyard pretty much everyday. And lots of family time. A wild and lovely summer.
These are the memories we don’t want to lose. I am sure you have summer memories you want to keep, too. For several years now, I’ve been making photo books a few times a year to document our family life. I want to inspire you to do the same. Start with this summer, you can download apps that pull the photos straight from your phone. I also use Walgreens quite a bit to make photo books. I love doing this because we hardly print photos anymore.
Cherish your last week of summer, do something fun and make a photo book to document your families summer!
