When I first found Vani’s blog, foodbabe, I was so proud! This woman is shaking up the food industry and making a positive difference. I am so proud of this woman.
Food is important to me. It is important to me that my family eats whole foods, nutritious foods, that support a healthy lifestyle AND teach my children healthy eating habits. That is exactly what Vani, aka The Food Babe, is all about. Vani is an activist that has urged food company giants to make healthy changes in the food they serve and the way they prepare it. The Food Babe has petitioned companies like Subway, Starbucks, Nestlé, Chik-Fil-A and MUCH MORE! You can find all these food company investigations on her blog.
I suggest you check out her blog and get the book. I am already a healthy eater that sticks with mostly unprocessed foods. BUT! I learned even more from this book.
